FORE School of Management announces PGDM Admission 2013

Hyderabad: FORE School of Management (FSM), the Delhi based premium Management School, has announced the applications for the admissions in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) for the upcoming 2013-15 session. The last date for submitting the applications now is November 12, 2011.

The courses on offer are Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management (PGDM – IB). The admissions shall be done on the basis of ranks in CAT 2012, followed by Group Discussions and Personal Interview.

Apart from the marks, weightage is given to other skill sets like analytical reasoning, decision making skills, problem-solving attitude, creativity, communications andother positive attributes of the student. “We believe that the CAT score is not the only indicator of managerial potential. There are many aspects of management aptitude that are not adequately captured by CAT; and it is not uncommon to find candidates having a low CAT score despite having exceptionally bright managerial potential”, says Dr. Jitendra K Das, Director FORE.

The courses are conducted as per the guidelines of DelhiUniversity an All India Council or Technical Education (AICTE).A student needs to have a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates appearing in the final examination of graduation may also apply subject to furnishing proof of graduation by October 1st2013 with minimum 50% marks.

The applications are available at FSM Campus or selected branches of Axis Bank on payment of Rs 2000/-. Those who want to apply online can do so by downloading the forms from the FSM website www.fsm.ac.in and making anonline payment of Rs1650.00.
